How can I tell which art is for me?
What is the difference between Aikido & Shinto Muso Ryu and other martial art styles?
You need to choose the art that suits you. We don’t live in a society where we need to fight for our lives regularly so our training must also benefit other areas of our lives. Many martial arts are in fact combat sports. They have a competitive element including tournaments, etc. Aikido & Shinto Muso Ryu provide traditional martial art that is based in life and death combat with a co-operative training method
